Hi Maarten

Yeah, that's getting to be one of my prime "shopping list"
requirements these days for techniques and patterns. You could
even call it a criterium. The simpler, the better! And the easier
to use and try out, of course :-)

Yes, that's my experience with it too. I even forget what it was I
was worrying about a few minutes before and have to fight to get
it back - which is funny in and of itself. I guess I had to prove
to myself that all my thoughts wouldn't just drain away and leave
me quite speechless LOL!

<nods> I said in the pattern description that I didn't want to
prejudice people as to what they may expect when they do this for
the first time. There is a time for post hypnotic suggestions and
this isn't it.

However, I would make the note that the "insecurity trembling"
could be a reason as to why the thought loop has formed in the
first place - chances are our thought loops are once again, a form
of protective device. Ha! Imagine a world full of people waking
up, looking around and logically taking stock of the human systems
and their constructs in the context of the overall global and
universal environments! They would have to have ET at hand not to
burst out into tears on the spot!

Yeah, me too. And it's a shame really that there are not more
NLPers working with this system. But they're mostly still on Donna
Eden and haven't made the requisite connections yet.

Keep "putting it behind you", the reactions are context specific,
I'll say that much.

waves,

Silvia
