I've been using this pattern a lot because it's so much fun!
Quick, easy, there's a bit of a frisson (sp?) and on to
the next thing, thank you very much.
Now, I'm experimenting with my own version of it.
I figured that if you can put something you don't like
behind you, why not put something that you want
to keep in front of you.
So I am doing the pattern in reverse. Starting
from the ground behind me, up my back, over my
brain, past my face and into my heart. Saying something
that I want to instill. You know. The good stuff.
I think it works. Try it and let me know if it works for you.
