I'm amazed about its simplicity.
What I did found as I tried it out was that "mentally" I felt very clear, and ready to focus at tasks at hand (instead of mulling over what may be, should be or might have happened).
And a bit later: a lot of trembling that seemed to be related to insecurity near my solar-plexus, then in my jaws, and then in my arms. ET did its job well, there. Fortunately I had time to take care of this insecurity.

These "after-effects" tell me that this can be a powerful pattern indeed.
