Hello Nicola and thank you so much for your warm welcome!

I've sort of tried it but I find it difficult, my attention wanders
(I think) and then I get worried that I'm doing it wrong and then I
lose where it was in the first place.

I've been trying to work on a hard lump in my stomach which I have
had for as long as I can remember.
