Hi Dee,

No you don't need to go on a training to get the full benefits of EmoTrance
but it is nice to have a practice partner, nonetheless it's perfectly
possible to learn and use this simple technique on your own.

It does sound too good to be true but believe me it isn't! Have you tried it
out yet?

It's very difficult to get wrong but we're all here to give you a hand if
you get stuck or have any questions, just shout.

  Hello all,

  I've just read Oceans of Energy and I'm really excited about
  EmoTrance - it nearly sounds too good to be true!

  Can I make it work without going on a training? Is there something I
  should know so I don't do it wrong? I have bought books before and
  not used them right, don't want to miss out on this and get it right.
