I don't know about you, but for me mornings just aren't easy.
Even when I wake up without an alarm clock and have no unpleasant
things awaiting me it takes time to *really* wake up, to feel like
getting out of bed...
I found a few things that help me along.
One is to nicely stretch and yawn extensively. This is good not only for
the physical body (get more oxygen, loosen muscles etc.) but also helps
clearing energy channels.
Then there is "the shower before getting out of bed":
I let innocent energy, the mist like rain of purest clearest energy,
trickle through my system for a while. This pleasantly refreshes all
parts of the energy system, clears energy channels, and flushes out old
energies that got stuck. Sometimes certain parts of the body/system ask
for more of that and I comply.
Nice thing about this shower: it doesn't get your bed wet ;)
Sometimes I a may add a bit of energy dancing after I got up (just
thought: to some extent this might even work while still *in* bed; have
to give this a try).
All in all this is a much better way to start my day than grumping
around for half an hour or longer.
Haven't got round yet to automatically do this *every* morning, but this
will come.
So, if this is an issue for you - or someone you know - try this out and
let me know what it did for you.
Sprinkles of crystal clear energy drops for all
