Detlev,
That's absolutely wonderful!
I've been getting up very early, around 5, recently to get some
quality quiet time and am annoyed that I can't 'come to' quicker and
get going with things.
This morning after trying the energy shower in bed I found my mind
was clearer and my eyes could focus more easily. Great start to the
day :)
Brilliant, thank you!
Sparkling waves of gratitude to you,
Nicola :)
