I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your friend though well done for
even thinking about putting Energy Dancing on and achieving the calm
you did. That's an excellent start and shows how important it is to
be using these things daily so we reach for them automatically in
times of crisis.

You really can't expect to feel joy, even philosophical happiness, so
soon after the event. You need to go through the bereavement cycle,
all the emotions involved with the loss of someone, though EmoTrance
can certainly help you through and on to the other side where you
will eventually feel the joy of having known that person, it's just
too soon right now.

The relief you CAN feel now is knowing you can go through the cycle
of emotions swiftly using EmoTrance as they arise and that there will
be a time, very soon, when the pain will turn into the happiness you
