vials?

Somebody on the EFT list (see below) claims to have great results
"putting EFT in energy vials" or some such. Apparently energy vials
are small glass vials with energized water.
Anybody know if there is anything to this or if it just works on faith?

It is a bit difficult to explain, but I came into the healing realm
through two disciplines - Natural Healing  - http://www.nhseminars.com
and Total Body Modification  - http://www.tbmseminars.com - and in
working with those disciplines I learned how to insert instructions
into energy vials, so when I found EFT and started to work with it, it
immediately came to my mind that perhaps it would work faster and
better if I could use an energy vial to run it.  I did that and
started to work with it some last November, and since then have been
adding and refining it.
One of my first experiences with the energy vial was when I came down
to Tucson for Thanksgiving with my kids.  At the time I had just
completed the energy vial.  I taught my kids how to do the EFT, then
showed them the vial and how to use it.  At first I had them get a
SUDS reading, run through one complete basic recipe of EFT, get a SUDS
reading, then run the vial.  My daughter would see a one or two point
drop using the EFT, then running the energy vial would see it drop
immediately to 0.  My son, on other hand, being a bit lazy, refused to
do the EFT, did SUDS - would get 9, run the vial, and it would drop to
0.  A couple of weeks later, I went to a Christmas concert with my
mother and one of her friends, who had had severe knee pain for years.
  Watching her walk from the car to our seats, you could see she had
excruciating pain.  I happened to have the energy vial in my purse, so
asked if she wanted to run it.  We ran the vial once for standing knee
pain and once for walking knee pain.  Her SUDS went from 8 on both to
0.  When we left the concert she had no knee pain, and has not had any
since.
Once I had a gentleman with sinus issues, who I had not been able to
get all the issues to clear permanently with TBM and NH, and so I had
been having him work with it with the Emotional Freedom energy vial.
One day I decided to try stacking a lot of affirmations in the vial
and then have him run it.  He told me that whatever I did had a major
impact, far more than running the individual statements.  So, at that
point I began making up files for specific health/emotional issues to
call from the energy vial.  Over the last several months the library
has grown substantially, as I am constantly adding to it.
