Hello Sylvia and all,

There is something I would just like to check out here. I'm sure we're all
aware of situations in which people talk and talk and talk about a problem,
with the final result that they become quite expressive and eloquent about
their problem, but they don't ever really seem to get beyond it. In other
words, "talking it out" doesn't really solve, resolve, or dissolve anything.
On the other hand, there are situations in which people DO seem to "talk it
out" and feel much better afterwards and even see the whole thing very
differently at the end of it all.

I was thinking about this phenomenon because several times now, people have
commented to me that they felt so much better about talking over their
troubles AFTER having gone through an ET session first. This seems to
indicate that "talking it out" after the channel has been cleared is most
liberating and productive indeed, while "talking it out" while the blockage
remains firmly in place is simply stirring the bubbling emotional stew round
and around.

This brings up some interesting questions. Is it possible that sometimes
people who know nothing about ET can have a kind of spontaneous clearing of
the channel, without going through the actual ET technique, and then if they
"talk it out" right away, they feel great and things click into place for
them? And then there are people who go through years of therapy but never
seem to feel like their life has changed for the better, and it's not
because they are unmotivated or the therapist is a crackpot, but they simply
have a blockage in the energy system. Right?

What do you think?

???

Liz
