Hi kelrichr,

In additon to what Silvia said, another way to
go would be to do some "secondary gains" Emotrance.

Here's how it might look:

Neighbor says something insulting, as usual.

kelrichr feels like a watermelon has just
taken up in her stomach.

kelrichr starts doing ET, but finds
that even though the watermelon feeling
knows where it wants to go, it aint moving.

So now, kelrichr might ask herself

        1. If my energy begins to move and flow,
what won't I be able to do?

        2. If my energy begins to move and flow,
what will I have to do?

` 3. What do I get out of this watermelon
                in my stomach feeling?

#2 might come up:
If my energy begins to flow I will have to
have tea with my insulting neighbor.

That's the ET prequel.

Now, kelrichr says, "I'll have to have tea with my neighbor"
Ask yourself, where do I feel it in my body when I say that.
ET that. If still stuck, go into it further:

        1. If I have to have tea with my neighbor
what won't I be able to do?

        2. If I have to have tea with my neighbor
what will I have to do?

Possible answer: If I have tea with my neighbor
I will have to pretend to like her

Where do you feel that in your body.........
ET that. If still stuck

        1. If I pretend to liker her, what won't
                I be able to do?

        2. If I pretend to like her, what will
                I have to do?

Perhaps, If I pretend to like her I won't be able
to say bad things about her.

etc
