I liked your post. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on
how to "personalize it"? How did you even know to do this?

I used to be absolutely horrible at this, telling people things that
offended them. My intentions were perfectly good, but they took it
differently from intended.

Now I'm learning even if I expect it, I don't always figure out in
advance how offense might be taken - which is something else to
overcome.
