Yeah I've been listening.

And if you think what this kind of thing does to a developing
energy system, you must really just shake your head and wonder at
the human race.

12000 years of so called civilisation and that's where its gotten
us.

If you look at what your totality has been through, it is a lot. I
sat down at some point and thought, where shall we start?

And that's where heart healing comes from.

Let's start there. Its the center of the energy system, what I
believe produces *all* the major driving emotions and because it
sets state, it controls thought and mind at the same time.

So for what its worth what I've been doing is heart healing as a
direct response to any form of undefined negative emotion such as
fear, sadness et al and then, other things that come up as and
when as normal.

Try it?

And one thought I always find useful these days which might be of
use to you too is that your soul is essentially untouched by all
of them. That is yours exclusively and a major resource.
