Yes! And that's just where I go blue-green gasping with
annoyance - at least he did something vaguely useful to channel
his anxiety!!

Well or so it seems to me. My house could do with decorating. LOL!

What we're after is to do things the RIGHT way, with the energy
system running sweetly, tasks correspondingly being easier and
requiring less effort (if saying "No!" makes your muscles weak, is
that why the teacups seem so heavy and I'm dropping with
exhaustion after forcing myself to do the washing up?!!!), and
being done in the right order and sequence of importance for the
right reasons.

Now I know it sounds like science fiction ... but there it is!
