Here's a fun question from "the creator of EmoTrance" herself and
that's not some veiled training or teaching device but a serious
question.
Now, I personally lose it with EmoTrance and turn to EFT instead
when I am overwhelmed by the experience of the emotional response
(energy body freakout) and find myself *inside* the experience.
So instead of answering the question, "Where do I feel this in my
body?" with, "In my chest," or "In my head," I would indeed answer
if this was put to me with, "Are you kidding me? I've just
literally drowned completely in this sadness," or "I *am* my
fear - every bit of me is vibrating and I am *all* fear! Here I
am!" - only, that would entail actually speaking or thinking which
when inside the state, I cannot do anymore, or not to any cohesive
effect.
This is not a huge problem because I usually do then remember to
tap at some point which gets me out of the associated state and
then I have the distance and leverage to apply conscious control
and get EmoTrance in action to resolve the problem, but I'm
thinking I'm having a bit of a blind spot here and indeed, there
is a simple EmoTrance type move that should be initiated there
only it seems to evade me!
So, any bright ideas on the topic would be appreciated.

NB - Reason for the "emotional outbursts" I'm having at the moment
is in my opinion, Thought Flow. Ask the questions and you get the
answers - caveat emptor - LOL!
