At the risk of being off-topic, I use good ole EFT to do this, using Pat Carrington's
"choice" statements where affirmations are reframed and one
can add "Internal Resources". For example........
"Even though I'm anxious, I choose to be calm and confident,
just like the time I scored the winning goal in the cup final."
