if I'm reading you right, you assume that the emotion or belief is the (main) cause.
I wonder about that one.
Maybe I'm saying the superfluous thing here, but headaches can also have primarily physical or bio-mechanical causes, that need to be dealt with.
We can't assume for instance that EP changes postural patterns which can be an important contributing factor.
And yes, husbands can be a pain in the neck too,- if not elsewhere- or so my wife and ex-wife have told me.
