Misty, Silvia:
I had excruciating migraines for years.sometimes thought they had to do
with my 4-pack a day smoking habit, but I stopped that 15 years ago cold
turkey in 1988 and still had the migraines.finally got rid of them with
acupuncture and reflexology and breathing techniques over a period of 18
months in the mid 90's, but still had frequent regular headaches. These
got somewhat better when I stopped having caffeine (I now drink a
delicious Cuban decaf expresso), but were still a huge part of my
life..generally extra strength Excedrin would take care of them, but I
was very annoyed with my body (and myself) for relying on such chemicals
for relief. Once I discovered EFT (and later ET) would sometimes help,
but not generally 100%, although EFT had helped rid me totally of
excruciating a posteriori dental work pain. For two months now I have
not ingested any form of sugar (I use Somersweet or Stevia instead) or
wheat (I eat another kind of bread that is sprouted grains, so it is
actually protein.it's called Ezekiel 4.6 or something like that and is
delicious), or any kind of refined flour, and lo and behold, I have not
had one single headache, except the day I was "forced" to have some cake
at a friend's house, and could not say no, since she had baked it
especially for me. The headache hit abut 90 min after eating the cake.

<<I always try and look for an emotion, or a belief attached to a
pain...and tap on the symptom of pain as well as that cause.>>

hi Misty

if I'm reading you right, you assume that the emotion or belief is the
(main) cause.
I wonder about that one.
Maybe I'm saying the superfluous thing here, but headaches can also have
primarily physical or bio-mechanical causes, that need to be dealt with.
We can't assume for instance that EP changes postural patterns which can
be an important contributing factor.

And yes, husbands can be a pain in the neck too,- if not elsewhere- or
so my wife and ex-wife have told me.
