Well it could be that the hands-of-ghost are the right tool for
working with the likewise ghostly energy body, being of the same
material and all that.
For self help I use a guide type character and *their* hands of
ghost and that is most, most welcome and relaxing.
And I wish I would stop bursting out into giggles when I do more
than two hands because I immediately see a trunk as well as I turn
into that elephant god with the many arms (that is perfectly true
and not a joke btw, no matter how funny it actually is when it
happens).
But anyway. Possibly the "hand representations" as well as the
"trunk" representations in above case are not actually necessary
and just some kind of kid's bike training wheels as we need to
conceptualise the idea of "reaching out and healing something" in
order to have that happen when we will it.
When I do it I get flashes of the "hands" turning into sheets or
flippers here and there, streams of things, multi-layered
tentacles.
But I wish to confuse no-one.
The straight hands of ghost thing is good. As is "borrowing
someone else's ghost hands" to get around personal limitations on
the topic. What counts is that the energy has moved, flow has been
restored and the person in question feels eased, happier.
