Oh yeah, I like that especially too, the visuals. Haha. The
colours, the images and sensations to these energies rushing and
moving around. Sunrise sensations ... hmmm ...

What I love most about these is that they arise spontaneously and
they are so beautifully original, nothing at all like the usual
kinds of "therapeutic metaphors" <eeeeooowww!!> but arising in,
through, during and after the fact as a response to the minimal
instructions we do, "Where do you feel that in your body? Show me
where that is."

Yeah that is a *really good point*, namely that shields hold
energy in sometimes just as good as they keep them out, and that
is nasty, esp. when there is still an incoming system. Then you
get everything *depressing* in on itself to the point of
standstill. Not nice.

That is really, really cool. Lucky lady! Thanks for sharing that -
in reading it I got a sense of that diamond energy too and partook
of some there and then. Very, very nice :-)
