Hi all

Some time ago I posted something critical about the notion that "It's all energy", finding it too limiting.

Here's the other side of the coin: Two cents on how it can open up perspectives.

I just read something from Keith Bach on "Emotional Disorder and Attention".
He writes that an "Emotion or mood (...) produces attentional and evidential biases by heightening one's attention to certain considerations and possibilities, and diverting one's attention from others".
Makes sense, doesn't it?

Now, when we move from "emotion" to "energy", wouldn't this reduce the biases? And even more so when we open up to the energy, letting it flow through and out, so that we come in an even flow.

Maybe even flow *is* unbiased attention?

Experientially, it sure seems that way - which was also implied in the thread on EmoTrance and learning.
