What is an RSS? I built my own web site and would love to add the details but have no idea what your techy terms mean?

Hi All

One of the easiest ways to help EmoTrance become better known is to add the RSS
feeds for emotrance.com and emotionsandfeelings to your blog or website.

Find a widget that says RSS and add the following urls, then the latest news
from the sites will display on your pages.

http://emotrance. com/?output= rss

* If you were showing the feed from the old emo site, you need to update the
feed url because it's different now.
