Hello All,

Here is a suggestion. Try it and see how it works.

After Silvia developed the Snow Globe Technique. I went to our local
Wal-Mart and picked out a beautiful Snow Globe (this one was a Precious
Moments one) It had a baby and a lamb in a clearing in the forest in it.

I set it on my desk and when I was working with clients especially the ones
stuck or looped in their thoughts I ask if they would like to move past
those thoughts to the answers. When they said yes I described the technique
and asked them what they wanted to call it.

Regardless of whether they called it Thought Balls, energy balls, blue,
green, red balls, the globe or whatever.

After that I pick up the Snow Globe and we talk about the details and what
all can go in the globe and how you can turn it over and nothing falls out
of place and yet the snow is stirred up to help clean things up.

Then I have them practice with the Snow Globe moving it over.

Then we create their own version Thought, energy, globe whatever they call
it (I've found it is best to use their metaphor and let them change the
names themselves.) including all the features of the snow globe.

Back before I changed from 5 years of being a therapist to coaching over 20
years ago I learned it is quite useful to get the patient physically
involved to connect up the Thought-Mind with the Physical. As I've carried
that over into coaching it has been very useful.

In case you might be interested, in my mind I do not make a distinction
between therapy and coaching. The difference is the frame it sets in the
mind of the patient vs client/customer.

When I used to be a therapist people expected me to fix them and as a coach
(doing the same thing) they are the actual player in the game. I give great
suggestion because of perspective. They play the game. Like my Gampa Vetter
used to say to us kids, "No bout a dout it, if ya win or if ya lose, It's
all yer fault!"

It reminds me of a client the other day she was:
Getting her 2nd divorce and telling me she wanted help in making better
choices and not picking the same kind of men.

She felt it went back to certain childhood experiences. I explained some
energy process ET/EFT/etc. and before I could use them because she was so
distraught. I used an old NLP tech of disassociation and putting up a
Plexiglass force field so she could see but not feel the emotions. Taught
her to tap, soften flow, etc. She got rid of all the less than useful
energy, restored her flow.

The biggest thing she was impressed with was the disassociation-force field
and could she do that with other things, until she mentioned the pain in
her leg and foot and all the trips to the chiropractor.

I checked her hips and neck, she was out of aliment and I asked her would
she like to heal that quickly, she said yes and so I started running energy
through her at the hip location.

IN 2 seconds she was jumping up and down amazed. I explained it was her
energy system that we used to moving the bones and now she had relief.

She thanked me took her homework and said, "This is great. I don't have to
go to the Chiropractor anymore. Dr. Vetter you are great."

The interesting thing to me is not only was her energy system flowing well,
her T-M System was flowing as well, her divorce situation was now under her
control and she received physical healing all together. I really enjoy the
way all these work together.
