Speeding it up with Intention (Was Releasing Family Stress)

Hi Bob....

Yes there is a subtle difference between will power and intention but the end results are vastly different. The way I think of it, when we do Emotrance, we are observing the state of our energy system, and influencing it where needed. To have the intention for an outcome, we simply think about the outcome we want, and hold that thought.

So we pay attention, and we hold the intention, ie. hold the thought that the energy is softening til it can flow.

Interestingly, we can speed things up, as the case illustrated, by simply holding the thought (having the intention) that its softening faster, or flowing faster, or releasing faster. Then you get these whooshes of energy going through your system which feel tingly and great.

Incidentally, in the energy realms there is no limit to how fast energy can soften and release, except for the limits we put on the process through our beliefs. Sometimes I will guide someone to think 'its softening faster than anything ever softened before' or its softening and time is speeded up and you are watching it soften in fast forward. Sometimes that triggers other resistances from the person such as 'im feeling pressured etc which get in the way' but most times it can accelerate the healing and release, so you can do more in the time you have.

Try it out and let us know how you get on :-)

> Another great post from you Sandra!!! I think with this one I had a big "Aha" moment about Emotrance. You kept posting "think" and "hold the thought", and that was the big difference for me. The energy became something I command as opposed to try to coax and manipulate. I don't think it was the end charged state, as I still have a lot of blockage in my head, but many times I would find myself laughing out loud, as if I was just tickeled from the inside. Thanks for the posts and keep them coming :)
