Hi Leighton,

and welcome to EmoTrance. :)

Here in Germany there is a young person who overcame big time social
phobia on their own using EmoTrance as described in the book and with
a little bit of online help, after they asked specific questions.

Especially after having reached the first energised endstates things
started to really shift for them.

I find it hard to comment on what you wrote. Maybe you need to be more
persistent and keep at it. Not everyone gets great results after the
first try.

Feel free to experiment more and ask specific questions.
