HI Leighton,

Where do you live? Perhaps if you are in the UK I could work with you over the phone? Alternatively you could look at the chapter about dropping shields. I think this might be very important.

Subject: [ET2] Social Anxiety and Emotrance

Hey all,

I have "social anxiety disorder". Basically severe insecurity around other
people, constant fear of judgment, etc. It makes it virtually impossible to
connect or even just chill and talk to other people because there's a
constant "barrier". I'm self-conscious around EVERONE. The beggar on the
street, the fancy couple in the lemo, the 4 year old toddler. Literally
everyone apart from my immediate family. (i.e. father, mother and sister)

I used to be very socially awkward (again, just because of the fear of doing
ANYTHING), I'm now 20 and have gotten better at "faking it" but I still feel
empty and lonely inside. Hardly a day goes by where I don't think of killing
myself (I'm not at the point where I would, I still have a little bit of
hope, but it's driving me crazy to think that my best years are going by
like this).

I got the emotrance manual and tried the "basic method" or whatever it's
called of moving the energy out. I really felt no difference at all. Maybe
I'm missing something...

Anybody?

I got reccommended emotrance by someone who said they beat SAD by doing it.
