Hi Donna

Thanks for your post and delighted to see the results you are achieving.

May I say that this phenomenon of constricted channels ie inflexibility or under-developed-ness of energy channels does slow the energy flow down even if the energy feels fluid, and therefore can appear to create bottlenecks as the inflow is greater than the through flow.

Focussing on the channel walls as you did, to soften and relax them, opens them up allow the flow through.

However, we need to also be aware that when we 'feel' a channel wall ie something constricting the flow, yes we can soften the 'walls' to widen the channel and increase capacity (as inflexibility = hardness which we need to soften)....however, dont forget that the 'walls' are also an energy barrier, and the 'walls' themselves can be softened til their energy dissolves away in its own right, thus not only increasing the capacity but removing the limits to even greater flow.

A metaphor that sometimes has come up when energy is flowing in a restricted way, is 'it feels like its going through all the blood vessels', or 'it feels like its following the digestive tract'. So yes, we have flow but there's something that is not allowing that energy to flow freely and unrestrained.....whatever psychological reason that may be giving rise to.

Its one of the great things about ET as you are finding is that we can explore the energy system, how it works and make discoveries about that. Its really great to see an enthusiastic explorer. (reminds me of me :-))
Thanks again for your post.

Love
Sandra
