What do you think about using Imagination here?

At the July training Heidi, of the 'Swiss Delegation', brought up this issue of how to not use will power, and she and I used the word 'imagine' it soften and flowing, and it worked for her , ( and me ) like a charm. She felt very moved then and much better; then of course Sandra reminded us that since the moved feeling was localized, at the heart area, we weren't done, -and Sandra helped her continue and finish.
