Hi Sandra,

I pre-ordered your book a few weeks ago at dragonrising. I have so
much confidence in you that I ordered three copies at once. I'm only
sad that I have to wait a bit before the hardcopies will arrive. But
I'm just not very good with ebooks, so I just have to be patient!

This excerpt you posted in this message makes a lot of sense. When I
have time this week I will play a movie where I cry every time and
see what happens if I try this technique.

I just hope it will be a bestseller :-)

Good work!

Brilliant waves,
Margreet

DragonRising !!!!!! You should have received your newsletter
announcement about this by now. I wrote and adapted an extract
article from the book which I think you will find helpful for
everyday life as well as healing and therapy work. To all those who
have ordered already.....a huge and special thank you to you.

crying was forbidden or understood to be a sign of weakness whilst
growing up. This results in a more closed, contained and restrained
energy system, and difficulties expressing or even connecting with
emotions later in life, never mind releasing emotional energy.
>
> In most cultures most women are allowed to feel emotions growing
up and as an adult, which develops a more open energy system,
functioning in a healthier way, with the ability to be open to life
and experience, even if emotions are a bit uncomfortable due to the
way life's energy is being handled in the energy body.
>
> Women know that they feel better after a good cry, however, we
also know there are after effects. The puffy eyes, the blotchy skin,
the exhaustion. And although we feel better, our 'problem' is not
always completely resolved and can resurface again later.
>
> So let's have a closer look at the energetics of this and explore
how this emotional energy could be transformed and released more
efficiently. I like this discovery a lot, because I'm one of those
unfortunates that ends up with a face like a pomegranate and 3 hrs
for it to recover after a good cry !!! So anything that can prevent
that is truly wonderful in my opinion J
>
> When you've had an emotional release through crying, yes you have
released some energy, but when flood gates open and it all flows out
there's a mess to clear up after the waters have subsided. In the
body's case, that's a half day clean up job to clear the debris !!

> If you have been using EmoTrance to any degree, you will have
learned and experienced so far that the more intense the emotion,
the denser the energy and the stronger you feel it in the body as a
physical sensation. Conversely, the lighter the emotion, the lighter
the energy, the less dense and more easily ....and faster it
flows ....and the lighter and more subtle the accompanying physical
sensation.
>
> So denser energy makes a stronger physical impact. It also moves
more slowly through the energy body.
>
> When the energy moves up the body into the head and we feel all
that heavy pressure in the head and the tears are streaming, the
energy is dense. It's moving but its dense, hence it's making a
strong physical impact manifesting in the release of tears.
>
> So whilst being able to cry is a great move forward for some who
can't release emotional energy at all, I will now show you an even
better and cleaner way to release that same energy. This might make
those who don't cry easily more willing and able to release that old
energy now.

> Transform Your Almost-Tears into Light Mist

> Next time you feel close to crying, as you feel that sensation of
wanting to cry, pay attention. What's actually going on in the body?
Where is the pressure? In the head? In the face? Behind the eyes ?
In the nose? How heavy or dense is it? Remind yourself what that is;
its all energy; only energy and now we can soften that. Have the
intention for the energy to soften and flow, hold your attention
there and watch and feel that energy become softer and lighter. The
lighter it becomes the easier it flows. It can even seem to vaporise
off you, that's how I experience it.
>
> You release the same emotional energy, but as an energy mist,
instead of dense physical tears. Now you are light, fresh and clear.
There is no aftermath of the flood to clear up. It's like the flood
water got vaporised on its way out so everything in its path is left
intact and clean. No puffed eyelids, no blotchy skin, no exhaustion.
Just lightness, freshness, clarity, peace and joy. Now that is
cool !!
>
> When you are working on releasing the painful past, or you are in
a situation that has impacted you and you are near to tears,
remember that the energy behind crying is still only energy
releasing ... in a denser way. Just do an experiment, next time the
energy moves up into your head and eyes that way, and see how that
works for you. We are in fact our own research lab. That's how I
discovered this for myself, a kind of experiment at first, with a
really great result which is now a common practice working with
others as well as myself.
>
> Also when you are with someone and they burst into tears. Realise
what's happening. They are tuned in to the emotion of what's going
on, eg the sadness, the loss and the energy is dense. To get your
partner to focus back into what's actually going on in their body
and to engage them in softening that energy is not only a faster way
to work with them, but its also a kinder way. Wouldn't you rather be
focusing on a physical sensation moving through and releasing out of
your body in minutes than experiencing the emotion of deep sadness
with its tears which can last a lot longer ?
>
> Just an after note, crying is ok. It works and does the job, not
100% and it can be a bit messy and takes longer. We now have another
way to release that same energy, faster, more cleanly AND more
completely.
>
> Once you have experienced this and know that you can do it, you
may congratulate yourself indeed for your developing mastery over
your energy system.
