Thanks a million Tom for your reply, and i have replied to Nicola as
the following:

i have tried to think that this is just energy and nothing else, it
is not a pain... I can't explain what happened but i felt like the
energy transferred from my chest to my colon and specially in the
lower right abdomen, and then i felt something is moving from my
forehead to my eyes and i am feeling pressure right now in all my
eyes and feeling something weird in my throat in the thymus, i don't
know it is something scary!!
