Hi Ahmad,
If you are in all that pain, I would advice you to take a session with a certified practitioner.
Then you can see for yourself if it works, and then you will know more about how you should use ET on yourself.
I am suprised that the doctors have stated that it`s all psychosomatic - how did they arrive to that conclusion?
Maybe because they could not help you.
Perhaps taking a few Bowen / VHT sessions might quickly relive you from the pain?
