Yesterday I felt very angry, around trying to learn computer things.
With et, I was able to sort it out quite quickly, not be (very )
inappropriate with it. I think also that doing et helped me spot it
more quickly than previous times, how angry I was, too feel it more
for a feeling, in my body. I'm surprised now, writing, how angry I
felt and how relatively quickly that feeling changed. And in light of
being able to have more control of it, appreciating what a lot of
energy it was. I'm sure, knowing somewhere that I could deal with it,
allowed me to feel it more than usual, which I really value, being
able to feel more.

    Later in the evening, I was extremely sleepy, also very hungry,
both unusually relaxed for me, and very nice. Nan
