Just remain VERY CALM yourself.

You could ask when the first ever swoon happened and then tap on that.

If you do EmoTrance, you could ask where the swoon starts in the body and work from there.

You can also tap EFT on the body sensations relating to the swoon.

It doesn't matter WHAT the fear or phobia is, the treatment is always the same.

But if you feel out of your depth, why not suggest the person go see an experienced practitioner?

If the person is very scared of the swoon, they might need some pre-work before they can allow themselves to go to the main problem erea.
