pain

I had craniosacral therapy today again. One of the many things that
happened was that I saw all the pain I was in represented as a sort
of sphere of yellow and green.

I then realized that by far most of it was not my own. It was All The
Pain There Is.
And that people can handle their own.

And it receded, turning white, and then became a small white piece.
Which fitted itself into a huge white puzzle, the ends of which I
couldn't even see. "Pain" is just a small piece of a very big whole
system, world, universe, Everything.
