I just had a really interesting experience with a 60:

Today, we have a fun exercise for the body and the energy system; it?s de-stressing, energising and in fact, a lovely meditation all around.
You can do this sitting down or more actively, standing up; or you can just lay back, close your eyes and do it autogenically ? the choice is yours.
What we are going to do is to begin the movement of skating on ice, confidently and well, a weaving movement left to right that provides a forward momentum as the pulses of movement build on each other.
Start quite slowly so you can get into the rhythm of it, as your hands and feet, your arms and legs, your head, your spine and neck all start to co-operate and you?re beginning to get a sense of that build up of power and speed as each pulse increases your forward momentum.
Spend sixty seconds to build it up until you feel a delightful sense of rushing speed, of covering so much ground for so little effort, then relax and let the momentum come to a natural halt ? and notice just how NICE that feels.
Very well done indeed!

When I did this, just a bit whilst sitting down (I haven't done this before, I just wrote these and now I'm getting them back into my inbox, nearly 3 months later, and I get to try them out!), I noticed after the first two or three movements that all the impetus was on the movement to the right.
The left, which should produce the same propulsion, really just sort of dragged along and didn't do anything much.
Now on the left side is where I have the RSI and also the sciatica attacks, as well as headaches (when I have those).
Aha!
Now this exercise could be termed to be a more flowing version of a Donna Eden "drill" but either way, I think it improves bilateral energy flow.
In my case, it showed up a MASSIVE difference in what's going on left/right.
What that exactly is, I don't know, but it's a very interesting exercise.
Try this and let me know what happens when you do?
