Whoa! Sara, take it easy.

The thing is that if you connect with these energy forms, an ENORMOUS amount of information is exchanged.

The conscious mind cannot keep up.

It manages to see a word, every so often, as it flashes by, as an example.

Then you get all those questions.

Best thing to do when that happens is to use the Thought Flow system to re-direct the questions and stop the conscious mind from overheating.

When you're back in an unstressed state, the next unfoldment usually becomes quite apparent, and its natural, and easy.

But it's good that you noticed the conscious system overheating and stopped to ask for advice.
