Hi David/Yael,

I recommend doing a session with an ETP to put you on the right track.

In the interim, what also helps is to simply NOTICE when emotional
responses in daily life become noticeable, become feelable.

This morning there was some sort of a family crisis and as I was getting
into the car for an emergency drive I noticed some stomach churning.

You can call that stress or normally people don't even notice that sort
of thing but after some ET practice, you do NOTICE. I reversed out of
the drive and did a bit of ET, including physical touch on the stomach
erea and moments later, was perfectly happy to "complete the mission".

EmoTrance and the skills necessary are every day things and one does get
better at everything with a bit of practice eventually.

To short cut the learning curve, doing it with someone who knows what
they're doing can be very helpful.
