Hi, Sylvia and everyone, I'm glad I found this group ( and if it is
relocated to a phpBB type web forum or other, I'd also be happy with
that - re: Sylvia's post )

I didn't find much success with EFT (maybe because I like something
that can eventually become very automatic).

I had been using The Release Technique since Jan and realized, while
really allowing myself to let go and release, that I didn't want to
just stick with Larry Crane's formula of releasing energy through my
stomach or chest only, and then it dawned on me that I had bought
Oceans of Energy and had only read it once without trying it out much.

So, while still asking RT/Sedona type questions while releasing, I now
use imaginary hands to soften the energy. The reason why I had given
up on ET, was because I wasn't able to figure out why my legs had all
of this stuckness and when I scanned that area, nothing happened.

So for some reason, this time, I placed my imaginary hand on my lower
back ( I don't like to physically use my hand to scan, somehow, as I
like to release while listening to my one-hour meditation CD and
staying still).. and wa-la, it really moved.

So whenever I feel it in my legs, I know to soften my lower back
area..is this similar for anyone?

And it almost always moves to my torso, mostly upper, but after moving
that area, it moves back to my lower back a lot and many times keeps
going in a circle.

I'm thinking maybe I should re-read.. (well definitely) because I
recall the part about opening a hole in the surrounding field.

Does your energy move around back and forth when releasing on a
particular issue?

Steve
