Hi there.

The very first thing is that if you want to use EmoTrance on this, to
forget all about "chakras".

We don't have chakras in EmoTrance, only energy.

Without being there and getting a much better idea of what is moving
where and how, all I can say is that you have "top down movement" that
might well be stuck somewhere, and if it flowed on, rather than hit the
stuck point and cycle from there, it wouldn't be a problem anymore.

Try just putting your hands on the "third chakra place" just as a
locational device, make sure you are calling on your healing hands to
assist there, and see if you can get something to "soften & flow".
