embarassment

hello, im new.

i have a problem with embarassment. i can feel like a big heat
beginning from the top of the head down to the third chackra. its like
a big circle. the blockage is not just like other blockages in exact
points or chakras but its like a field that embrace a big area. how to
handle with this??
