For Silvia,
Funny thing you should ask for Louise Hays words on sciatica, since I
just looked them up myself earlier this morning as 2 people I know are
having severe sciatica now. Here it is: "Being hypocritical. Fear of
money and of the future." And the affirmation: "I move into my greater
good. My good is everywhere, and I am secure and safe."
Hope you feel better soon!
Helen (in Michigan)
Hi Helen :-)
I did trust someone here would be able to answer that query.
2 more people with unexpected sciatica? How strange ...
Hypnocritical?
Duh!
LOL ...
But I very much so move into my greater good, which is indeed,
everywhere, and I AM secure and safe :-)
Hm, what was those affirmations we had on Thursday?
There IS such a thing as a free lunch!
... was one of them, I remember.
I can feel it going now though, it's not as bad as it was this morning
and I should think it's all resolved by tomorrow evening.
ET was IMMENSELY helpful to stop me from locking up all the muscles in
my legs and back in response to the pain stabs. Firstly, from the
awareness point - I have become truly radically more acute of such
tensions in my body since we started paying attention to the physical
feelings caused by energy disturbances.
Secondly, the soften and flow instruction worked beautifully.
All of my tension, I now let that go ... soften and flow, soften and
flow ...
and it did make things immediately better and I felt better in myself.
Last time I had this, over 20 years ago, I was really distraught about
it and thought it to be a sign of premature aging.
:-)
Thanks, Helen & Louise :-)
