Dear Silvia,

I'm late into this discussion because I've been in Paris for several weeks
by the bedside of my brother, Philip, who died on March 1st of bone cancer.
Your wisdom helped me through that time. What I have learned from you is
that, instead of putting up shields, we allow whatever energy, which may
feel bad, to pass through us and go wherever it feels the need to go which,
in turn, helps us to feel freer.
We need to take in this energy and pass it through, rather than put up
shields which may temporarily bounce the bad feelings off but which may come
round again to attack us. I work in mental health and I find that psychic
protection, as prescribed by some, is not the answer. It is the flow of
energy that is important for protection. I have learned from my clients
that that we create the demons from which we want to protect ourselves and
therefore if we can energetically let them out ourselves, we are safer. I
have just realised that my answer is similar to the previous one and have
every hope that Laura will develop her psychic ability, feeling safe. The
more the merrier!
