Hi Silvia,

No. We do not put up shields but instead remove them. We allow the energy in and then let it flow out where it wants to flow out.

I have heard a lot of metaphysical people talk of putting up shields for psychic protection. To me, this puts out fear which then attracts the negative to them. It has made me afraid in the past of developing my psychic ability.
