AAAAwww Miss Noooooooooo!,
(I'm straight back in Primary school, but I have to answer....Why?)

-we don't do shields because they're not needed. Providing our
energy system is functional (?) all energy is good, even the "bad"
stuff. We just take it in, strip out any useful information that we
need, and let the rest go back to the ether. It is always an
energising exchange.

-practise it often so that when your energy conduits are really
needed (warning- incoming) they can handle it. Automatically.

develop?
- pass.
ok, that's what I know from reading the book. It's a very elegant and
persuasive model but I'm having trouble making it work in the hard,
where EFT seems to be more clunky but always reliable.
Is 2 out of 3 good enough to stay on the list? ( spooky coincidence -
I've recently received my marks for 1 of my final year exams - I
passed 2 parts out of 3)
