Well, it is true that the minute we get our hands on something like
EmoTrance, we start thinking about our pains and injuries and problems
and, and ...

But what I really GOT and got it big time these past few days is how
EmoTrance comes into its own when joy, delight and pleasure threatens!

I've always wanted a Mercedes and just got my first one.

In the whole process, from the decision to go for it, choosing and
ordering it, choosing and ordering a personalised number plate and so
forth, there were so many opportunities to feel amazing feelings, it's
quite extraordinary.

But this time, and for the FIRST TIME, I really went with it, went for
it, and didn't even try to talk myself out of having a good time with
the whole endeavour, every step of the way.

When we first drove to the Mercedes garage, I got a real shiver of
excitement and couldn't stop grinning.

I actually didn't even TRY to stop grinning and let the shiver across my
neck and back become a cascade instead, just as IT WANTED TO BE.

I was GLOWING by the time a sales representative met me!

It was just so much fun, in so many ways, so many moments of truly
wonderful feelings caused by all sorts of new and tingly energy shifts
I'd never experienced before - rightly so, because the situation was
BRAND NEW!

What was so noticeable was the ABSENCE of any negative self talk,
designed to "keep you down", "keep you from getting overexcited", "it's
not a big deal", "it doesn't really mean anything" and so on and on.

In FEELING what it feels like to FEEL AGAIN and without those abysmal
internal dampeners functioning anymore, I came to life in a whole new
way.

Fascinatingly, when the numberplate transfer threatened to take longer
than first anticipated, I experienced also an immense shock of
disappointment - of course.

I was FEELING EVERYTHING with exquisite sensitivity and immediacy!

But I didn't need to fear this disappointment - a few moments of
EmoTrance later, and balance was regained; more than that, the tingling
and joyous anticipation of the eventual "handover event" was right back
and I was smiling again all over.

Another thing that was extremely interesting to note was how INFECTIOUS
my good feelings were.

Whether it was the sales people at Mercedes, or the lady on the phone
who dealt with the numberplate, or my friends and loved ones at home -
they all got caught up in this and had a MARVELLOUS time sharing in my
excitement.

They were all beaming, too!

That's a fantastic thing all around.

The fact is you really CAN have fun in the Hard, with hard things when
you go at it the right way. If you can allow yourself to let all that
old detachment go and go with the flow - allow yourself to really be
joyful when there is an opportunity for it.

Now, the Mercedes is a very big deal for me, and perhaps it had to be
such a big deal to rub my nose in it just HOW in the past I've run these
old entrainments where there were OPPORTUNITIES for experiencing joy and
pleasure, only I reflexively pushed it down, pushed it away, talked
myself out of it with a lot of negativity "so I wouldn't end up being
disappointed in the end".

Feelings of joy are - joyful.

And more than that.

They wake up your energy system, they make you sparkle and set your
environment alight in the most wonderful way, just as bye the bye.

Further, I really think that GOOD FEELINGS are the exact antidote to
negativity and these good feelings ARE in fact the healing remedies
we've all sought so long.

Where there is joy, there is no room for sadness.

Joy is radiant and exclipses all else, but more than that, it washes and
rinses old debris away and brightens up the energy system from the
inside out.

So I have made a vow to actively start flowing more joy and pleasure -
little ones, big ones, everywhere and anytime, and these things can
literally "wash away" the old negative entrainments, sparkle us and make
us new, from the inside out.

And guys, you don't need a Mercedes for this.

It can be anything that truly delights you - a cup cake, a small bar of
chocolate, a flower, anything at all.

The principle's the same and the challenge is there - don't talk
yourself out of your pleasures and really, really feeling them.

Light up.

That's better than any Christmas tree, and far more magical and
meaningful to your environment.

:-)

And for those who would like to share in our joy and success, please
feel free to go and run the energies from the text and images on
http://starfields.org/S1SFX.htm through your systems, until you can feel
it too!

Best wishes to all and
bright silver waves

from

Silvia :-)
