To clarify.. I'm just starting out learning EFT too, and want to get
some skills going there. I'm recovering from a lifetime of chronic
symptoms, and I also want to teach these skills to my 82-yr old
mother who wants to change her attitude about aging and the
challenges she's encountering.

My learning style is to take in a lot of things at once, so I'm fine
with learning EFT and ET together. My question right now is how to
do this the most cost-effectively.

I was considering getting two of Gary Craig's video courses, the
basic EFT course plus the more in-depth one that deals with chronic
illness.

I was actually hoping to be able to get copies of the CD's from
someone, since duplication is allowed up to a hundred copies.

Then, I'm really attracted to ET and want to read Oceans of Energy..
after I said that my priority was to get started with practical
exercises, part of me felt cheated :-).. my unconscious loves to
read books and relish the philosophical beauty of what i'm practicing.

So, considering that my finances are *very* tight right now (which is
one of the things all these practices will be aimed at :-), can
someone suggest the best books/videos for me to get at this point?

I'm in the U.S.

Thanks,
Karen
