Hi Linda,

you had heart and I had "tears" yesterday 3x on the trot -
interesting, isn't it :-)

As to the Sacred Heart lesson.

Sigh.

Look this is how I personally see it. No disrespect to the guy who
wrote this set, I'm sure its great and all of that.

But what happens when you say to someone, anyone, hey, construct,
did you know you have a heart with a sacred flame in it like
Jesus?

To a non-construct or
slightly-switched-on-and-in-transition-construct it would be, well
of course. Duh!

To a construct on the other hand, this is simply not true and not
a part of their reality. It really is like saying to our
metaphorical opal dragon in the dungeon, hey you are beautiful,
did you know.

It becomes *a dream* *within a dream* - an illusion, a
misdirection of attention if you will, as the construct makes a
construct of a sacred heart and focusses its attention there.

In other words, it doesn't work and you could do this type of
meditation until all the cows of all the universes come home and
you'd never actually get anywhere.

As evidence procedure I cite the amounts of truly actualised human
beings you encounter at Mind Body Spirit events ;->

(If you're wondering how I could possibly have the NERVE to say
something like that, please check the PS mail called Break On
Through which explains that :-)

I looked at this stuff and thought, I believe there is a way and
it can be done BUT NOT LIKE THIS.

The way has some characteristics that are non-negotiable in my
model of the universe.

* It has to be truthful.

* It has to be totally applicable to EVERY human being alive.

* It has to be natural and it has to be easy.

* It MUST be self perpetuated and self actualised, someone, even
the lowliest and most damaged construct, MUST be able to do it
themselves somehow.

* They must WANT to do it and recognise it as the right way
immediately (this is the proof it is universal and true).

* It must have immediate results and repercussions, noticeable on
all levels, immune to all evidence procedures applied upon it.

My "patterns and techniques" are trials on exactly that topic.
Tests and tryouts. Attempts and endeavours.

I am severely limited by the fact that I am a construct myself and
I'm constantly wrestling with my own limitations and the work is
ongoing.

Heart Healing is the latest attempt to make a lightbulb that
works. No. 754 in a series of attempts :-)

The guy who wrote the sacred heart lessons or course in miracles
was attempting the same thing. In fact, we all are, whether we
write about it or not, whether we are doing Karate or Flower
Arranging, it's something that all humans somehow try and do even
if they're only making it happen by making their gardens
symmetrical!

Will I get my lightbulb to work?

I have confidence, you could even say faith, that I will. I
wouldn't even be doing it if I didn't :-)

And at the end of the day, there's always this wonderful quote:

"Life is completely pointless. It's all about being a big ball of
energy when you die."

And there we have it!
