Here's how I see it in a nutshell.

The consciousness/Thought Mind has created a "construct" and moved
in - that's the lonely world where you are a worm and nothing
makes sense.

It's encapsulated and has only tenuous connections to even the
physicality (I would guess that's why people have to turn to
"bungey jumping" to "feel anything" or to "feel alive").

But the construct is not the totality of the person, and the
construct doesn't have a heart, nor does it have a soul.

When consciousness moves backwards, out of the construct, and
re-connects directly with the physicality, and the energy body, it
also becomes aware of the soul.

The soul is in a standing "resonance connection" with all the
other souls and the rest of the universe - ergo, no more
lonliness.

Plus and I keep on saying this, people (or should I say,
constructs!!!) underestimate the BENEFITS of using one's soul.

As a part of the totality, it has functions and heaps of resources
normally relegated to the realms of the gods, and I'm not kidding.

Knowledge of future and past, a sense of playfulness, being able
to commune with the all-there-is, stability, "answers" of all
kinds, processing abilities that would leave the greatest
"construct genius" gasping, all sorts.

And I haven't even mentioned the little benefit of being immortal,
of course, as a built in actuality.

I reckon you could even define "enlightenment" as exactly that -
getting consciousness out of the construct, back into the
totality, fully enmeshed with physicality and all the rest, in
other words, where it belongs.

That then takes care of the loneliness and indeed, makes concepts
such as "love" entirely redundant because it's presupposed in the
standing, always resonant connection via the soul to the
all=there-is.
