Heart Healing

Hi all,

I've just posted the Heart Healing explanations, instructions, and

I'm not suggesting this is the panacea for all energy system ills, but
after all I've been through in one way or the other, it is most
definitely the logical starting point for central, powerful self
repair.

Incredibly simple this is, too simple some might say who still have
faith in doing things the Hard way, but I can tell you that it is
powerful and effective at very deep structural level.

It feels correct, is amazingly grounding and I simply *love* its
genesis and how it came to be.

Ok, so I'll tell the story.

Someone wrote to me, a fellow "abuse survivor" - aren't we all! just
by virtue of living in this hellhole of muppetville.

Anyway, they were really in agony, completely at sea and basically
crying out with pain on all levels.

I sat looking at the mail, shook my head and thought, so what do I do
now? Say something motivational, there, there, what?

So I wrote a poem for them, the original Heart Healing.

I liked it so much that I took the poem with me the very next day
because I was booked in the studio to record the then unnamed
HypnoDreams2, and said, can I read this out too, it is so nice.

Ananga immediately made the supporting sound energy weave for it and
we both agreed that it was just perfect, we want everyone who wants
and needs this to have it, so we put it on free download.

It's a high quality mp3 of 4.2 mb and takes about 5 minutes to
complete and it really does something quite wonderful. I have also
found it to be *cumulative* with repeated use, and indeed, it is a
really good safety anchor and anti-fear and sadness device just at any
time.

We really loved making it, hope you enjoy it too!

PS - Houston, if you want to tell MMES that "there's a new drill in
town", you can :-) - would be a shame to keep this structural
restoration device to the "sisterhood". Personally, I view this not so
much as a technique but as a basic human right. Wish I'd had something
like it 40 years ago.
