Yup, been there. I sank into the energy, feeling how it totally pervaded my
entire being, and then I moved it out through every pore of my skin.
When I did this, I was only just startinmg to learn ET, it was a total
showing off 'look how i'm ahead of the class' thing ;) actually I'd
forgotten it until now.
The problem was my fear of not being loved, being unlovable, and an absolute
abject terror of being in love with someone TOTALLY off limits and
unsuitable in every way (the subject of our earlier sexual emotions
conversation - actually, the physical stuff was easier to deal with than the
'oh my god, what if i'm in love with this person?!')
So I pushed out the enrgy, it was kind of like riding a wave, very powerful,
and after it left my body it changed colour, and every drop of it was like a
pinkish gold rose petal, which flew upward into the sky.
Or maybe it always was that colour, and I just thought it was dark and bad
and evil looking because I needed it to be... hmmm.
